About us
Your competent support for European funding
The Bavarian Research Alliance (BayFOR) is a private non-profit organization, which supports excellent science and innovation in Bavaria, Europe and the World.
BayFOR is founded and funded by its associates, the Bavarian universities (of applied sciences), also funded by the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts and co-funded by the EU as Enterprise Europe Network (EEN) partner.
BayFOR assists researchers from academia, RTOs and industry (mainly SME) in Bavaria and its international partners in acquiring European funding for research, development and innovation. The focus lies on the EU's framework programmes for research and innovation, Horizon Europe and for Digitisation in Digital Europe.
BayFOR is partner in a networks: at regional level in the Bavarian Research and Innovation Agency (http://www.bayfia.de), funded by the State of Bavaria, and at European level in the world’s largest advisory network for SMEs, the Enterprise Europe Network (https://een.ec.europa.eu), funded by the EU.
These excellent regional and European networks allow the realisation of internationalisation projects.
