ALPHALINER 500G
Alphaliner 500G is ideal for quick, efficient installation in small and medium-sized sewers in the nominal width range DN 150 to DN 1300. This Alphaliner has extremely high transparency to UV light, with very good mechanical characteristics. In combination with the REE4000 UV curing system, this design enables high curing speeds of up to 8 ft/min, making it a particularly economical, safe and long-lasting repair. Alphaliner500G is made of a particularly stable, resin-saturated, glass nonwoven textile, with a thickness of at least 0.3 mm.
ALPHALINER 1800H
Alphaliner 1800H was designed for the highest static load capacity, providing economical repairs to large-dimension pipelines. Alphaliner1800H consists of a resin-saturated, high-quality polyester fleece, with a minimum thickness of 0.5 mm for extreme durability. During production, the ECR glass fiber quality “Ultrapipe,” specially adjusted to UV light curing, is used. This increases the transparency of the material, which optimizes curing. Used with our highest quality resins, this new generation of materials exhibits unique technical properties. During the renovation, a liner pipe is created that is extremely resilient, withstanding extreme static and dynamic loads.
ALPHALINER 500G - ALPHALINER 1800H
Every non-pressure pipe has its own unique features, which means that flexibility is essential for rehabilitation measures. When it comes to UV relining procedures, the Alphaliner 500G and Alphaliner 1800H from RELINE form a strong duo for a wide variety of projects. Between them, they cover nominal diameters from DN 150 to DN 2000. No matter what rehabilitation is required – you can rely on our GRP Alphaliners.
The Alphaliner 500G is perfectly suited for quick and efficient installation in small and midsize sewers.
The Alphaliner 1800H has been designed for the highest structural resilience, enabling very large sewers in particular to be rehabilitated cost-effectively.
