About us
noris MIKE is a subsidiary of the German noris network AG, a company with 30 years of experience in the IT industry.
It provides IT outsourcing, managed services, cloud services and collocation services.
Recently, the company has expanded through the acquisition of specialized technology companies such as Netplace, Wavecon, and Cloud Mates, and is specialized in digital transformation.
In addition, the company has seven highly secure data centers directly connected to each other, four in Nuremberg, two in Munich and one in Hof. Among them is the award-winning 'Nuremberg South', which is at the cutting edge of technology and is one of the few data centers in the world certified to TUViT TSI Level 4.
All data centers have received multiple awards for security, low power consumption and high-quality services. The company employs a total of over 500 staff and among its 1200 clients are companies from the banking and industrial sectors, the automotive industry, insurance, services, airports and retail. The enterprise cloud platform of noris network AG based on vmWare Cloud verified design and with absolute security as it works with the BSI C5 criteria for Secure Cloud solutions.
noris offers also Cloud solutions based on the Sovereign Cloud Stack from Wavecon.
A platform based on open source software, for Infrastructure-as-a-Service and Container-as-a-Service solutions, compatible with European Data Protection and Security Standards.

noris Enterprise Cloud
The enterprise cloud platform of noris network AG based on vmWare Cloud verified design and with absolute security as it works with the BSI C5 criteria for Secure Cloud solutions.
It also has, between the regions, a high-performance connection, with a delay of < 2 ms, through dark fiber as well as its backup, for emergency situations.
There is an option for self service via GUI/API in VMware Cloud Director. While all servers and backups are encrypted by default.
Finally, after the changes brought about by the acquisition of vmWare by Broadcom, noris network AG remains stable, Broadcom's chosen partner for vmWare products for the future.
